چکیده
Abstract This paper presents a new water market mechanism, which can be used for selecting the best trading policy by incorporating uncertainties of total annual available and wholesale price agricultural products. In this users are asked to submit bid packages via web-based platform. A package represents real values that user puts on different quantities withdrawn groundwater considering its quality. Then, most reliable as well calculated taking endogenous exogenous into account using regret theory. The results show applying proposed uncertainty-based smart mechanisms Nough Plain in Iran, average productivity increases about 18% compared status quo condition. Furthermore, based outputs model, is finally distributed almost proportional their farm's area.
